Paul Kirby

Founder

Paul started the company in 2001 by offering design services for custom house plans. In 2007, he expanded into building custom homes and earned his Residential Contracting License from the State of Georgia. Through his experience, he witnessed firsthand the confusion caused by well-meaning but inexperienced inspectors. Recognizing an opportunity to improve the industry, he entered the home inspection market in 2019, which has since become our company’s sole focus.

Clark Jones

Lead Inspector

Clark brings a wealth of experience to his role as a Certified Professional Home Inspector.  With a background as a Project Manager, HVAC Tech, Plumbers Apprentice, and hands-on experience overseeing building repairs, he has developed a strong foundation in building systems and best practices. His credentials include EPA Universal HVAC Certification, Fire Safety Inspector, Plumber Apprentice License, and Certified Professional Inspector.
