Our Story
Our founder, Paul Kirby, started in the construction industry in 2001 by designing custom house plans. In 2007 he started building custom
houses and was able to keep the business running through one of the worst housing recessions. While building custom houses, we had the
opportunity to witness firsthand the good and bad when it comes to home inspections. We were surprised at the inexperience of some
inspectors we met and the misinformation they gave to our clients. This misinformation caused our clients confusion and we saw the
opportunity to solve this problem by entering the home inspection market.

Our Professionalism
We still maintain an active General Contracting License with the State of Georgia which requires continuing education to maintain. We also are a Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI (the world’s largest accredited inspector association).

we’ll give you will be practical and unbiased. We’ve seen a trend among some home inspectors to use dramatic language and over
exaggerate problems in what we presume to be an effort to justify their report or show off. Almost all houses will have something wrong with
them, and that’s okay. It’s our job to identify those problems and educate you on their severity so that you can make a confident decision
when purchasing your home.
